Selling on WhatsApp combines a Commerce catalog + Catalog template with a chat close path. ChatLik’s wizard supports the Catalog type; the product catalog lives in Meta Commerce Manager.
Pick Catalog type
Templates → Create Meta Template → choose Catalog (not Standard/Carousel).
Catalog fields
Optional thumbnail, plain-text body (no {{variables}}), optional footer. Meta adds View catalog. Category is MARKETING automatically.
Close in Inbox
Product → specs → qty → address → payment. Use Inbox for human handoff; Utility templates outside the window.
